We recently brought the whole FULcrew together for an energizing all-hands meeting that blended insight, collaboration, and a whole lot of fun. We kicked things off with a dynamic government affairs panel. Next up: a hands-on Lego bridge-building challenge led by Eileen Habelow, Ph.D. and Brian Krogh of Leadership-Link. It was a creative and collaborative exercise that got everyone thinking! We wrapped the day with some good old-fashioned arcade fun—because nothing brings a team together like a little friendly competition. #TeamBuilding #AllHands

At Fulcrum, we spent a few days the past month celebrating our incredible team for #EmployeeAppreciation. We kicked things off with a caffeine boost, thanks to Dave Salzman "Espresso Dave" serving up coffee in the office. We also enjoyed a team lunch by catering in Chicken & Co. And to wrap up the month on a high note, our CSO hosted a mixology class. Every member of the FULcrew makes an impact here, and we’re beyond grateful for all they do! #EmployeeAppreciation #ThankYouEmployees #TeamWork

Hosted by Sick Cells and Sickle Cell Community Consortium, this powerful event brought together sickle cell warriors, advocates, and policymakers to discuss critical SCD policy priorities. It was inspiring to see advocates learn and practice advocacy skills to engage with their legislators. Thanks for hosting this powerful event! #SCDPolicyForum #FundSickleCell #SickCells #SC3
