We’re excited to welcome Wesley Roberts to the Freed team as a Full Stack Engineer! Wesley was drawn to Freed by our mission to use AI in a deeply human way—freeing clinicians from administrative burdens so they can focus on what truly matters. With a long-standing passion for the intersection of AI and healthcare, Wesley saw Freed as an opportunity to build something impactful, meaningful, and full of purpose. That drive is personal. At just eight years old, Wesley began suffering from chronic migraines. After years of trial and error with treatments, it was his dog—who could sense a migraine before it started—that changed everything. That early experience sparked a lifelong curiosity: if a dog could detect a migraine, could a computer? This question led him into a career exploring the potential of AI to support and transform healthcare. Before joining Freed, Wesley was the Principal Software Engineer at Hello Privacy, where he built systems that protect millions of users from identity theft, robocalls, and online privacy threats—through partnerships with companies like Discover, Experian, and McAfee. He also worked on AI-powered reputation tools that gave people greater control over their digital lives. At Freed, Wesley is excited to bring technical depth, fresh ideas, and a deep commitment to building products clinicians not only use, but truly love. For him, success means hearing those Friday stories from clinicians whose lives have been made better because of Freed. We’re thrilled to have him on board. Welcome to the team, Wesley!

We’re excited to welcome Mitchell Resor to the team! Mitchell was drawn to Freed by our mission to relieve clinicians of administrative burden—and by the opportunity to help build a company making a real impact in healthcare. With a background in Sociology from UNC Chapel Hill, Mitchell has long been interested in how work impacts people's lives. One study in particular stuck with him: the emotional labor of physicians and the toll it takes on their wellbeing. Years later, that same topic led him to Freed, where he’s now working to support the people who care for us all. Before joining Freed, Mitchell was the first recruiter at Series B startup OXIO, where he helped scale the team from 40 to over 100 employees. He built best-in-class recruiting practices from the ground up and played a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory. At Freed, Mitchell defines success as bringing in top talent—strategically and thoughtfully—who align with our mission, culture, and vision. He’s excited to help lay the foundation of a world-class organization that empowers clinicians and changes the way they work for the better. Welcome to the team, Mitchell!

We’re thrilled to have James Hulme join the Freed team! James was drawn to Freed by our incredible team, innovative AI-powered solutions, and mission to free clinicians from administrative burdens. Through family friends who are doctors and personal experiences with surgeries and check-ups, James saw firsthand how documentation overload consumes clinicians' time and takes a toll on their schedules. These experiences deepened his passion for helping clinicians reclaim their time. James studied Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University but quickly transitioned into finance, starting his career at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker. There, he worked on large real estate transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt financing. Since then, he has held several finance and GTM roles at Qualtrics and Nature’s Sunshine, where he most recently helped build out their FP&A team and supported the President of North America. At Freed, James will be expanding the FP&A function, ensuring we scale efficiently and maximize our impact so more clinicians can focus on patient care instead of paperwork. We’re lucky to have him on board. Welcome to the team, James!
