Forge Resources Group (FRG) is pleased to announce the acquisition of KDK Forging Company, Located in Blue Island, Illinois. KDK began producing torsion bars for vehicles in 1947. Today KDK capabilities include hot forged upset forgings, press forgings, and fabricated product in the mining, off-highway, defense, agriculture, and rail industry. KDK will continue to operate under the new moniker KD Forge Company, a Division of Forge Resources Group. KDK marks the 7th of the FRG plant locations.
