Announcing a $17.5 million upsize to an existing line of credit for an operator of seven Skilled Nursing Facilities in Tennessee. The financing provided working capital to a well-established operator who is leasing the facilities from a large public REIT. This position is responsible for conducting audits and reviewing various areas related to Forbright Bank, assisting in the development of audit programs, testing with a focus on business operations, and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR). The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of auditing experience, previous experience in public accounting or internal auditing, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related discipline, or equivalent experience. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing portfolio management of assigned loans and investments originated by the Lender Finance team and monitoring loan performance, identifying potential issues, and minimizing the risk of loss for the Bank. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and six to eight years (AVP) or at least eight years (VP) of lending, credit risk management, or portfolio management experience with a commercial finance company or bank.
