Earlier this week, the Florida CEO Delegation explored the future of mobility, clean energy, and smart infrastructure. We toured Masdar City, a pioneering smart city built on sustainability and renewable energy, and visited the Technology Innovation Institute to discuss scalable applications of AI and climate technology. We also met with M42 and G42 to explore the intersection of health innovation, data science, and emerging technologies. The day concluded with a visit to Aldar, one of the region’s leading development companies, for a conversation on smart urban planning and real estate innovation. Yesterday marked our first full day in Abu Dhabi, beginning with strategic briefings from the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), followed by an innovation tour of Hub71, a global tech startup hub, and a healthcare innovation session at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The day’s highlight: the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry establishing a formal framework to deepen economic collaboration and business dialogue. We ended the day with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a meaningful opportunity to experience the culture and history of the region.
