After 12 unforgettable years at SLB today marks the end of an era.😌 
I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close this chapter and what a chapter it has been. From starting as a frac intern, to spending 5.5 years as a Wireline Field Engineer, leading business development in West Texas for Extreme and most recently driving internal and executive communications for Production Systems across 20,000 global employees, this journey has been nothing short of transformative. I’ve had the privilege to lead, build, and reimagine how we connect, with our teams, our customers, and the next generation of talent. Whether it was creating content before it was 😎cool, using social media to pull back the curtain on oilfield life, thinking outside the box on how we do things, or mentoring hundreds of incredible people who reached out over the years, I poured my heart into this work. I’ve pushed boundaries. I challenged norms. I spoke up, even when it was hard. I built communities like “Women in The Field” in ConnectWomen and created space for voices that often go unheard. Some say you can’t make a difference in a 100,000-person company, that it’s too big, too slow, too set in its ways. But I’m here to tell you otherwise. By staying true to who I am, speaking up, and taking action where I could, I believe I moved the needle , even if just by 1%. And if I could do that, so can you. Never underestimate the power of showing up with purpose and authenticity. ✨ Real change starts with one person. This journey wasn’t always smooth, but it was worth every moment. And I’m deeply grateful to those who saw my light and made room for it to shine even brighter. To my mentors, champions, colleagues, and friends: thank you. The impact we’ve created together will stay with me forever. Here’s to new beginnings and continuing to show up boldly, wherever the road leads next. 🌙 PS* I will be staying in Houston and would love to meet up now that I have some free time :).
