🚢✨ Wrapping up an incredible year with the US Navy Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) 2024-2025! The Fives North American Combustion team had the privilege of attending the TPP 2025 Symposium and Team Celebration, where we connected with fellow industry leaders and celebrated a successful year of building stronger workforce pipelines. It was inspiring to not only share our journey as a best practice model but also to learn from others on their innovative approaches of the program. A highlight of the event was the tour of the historic USS Wisconsin — a powerful reminder of teamwork, resilience, and leadership. We capped off the trip with a dinner alongside our Pittsburgh/Ohio Flag Team, strengthening relationships and looking ahead to future collaborations. Big thank you to the TMG, Inc for driving meaningful conversations and actionable strategies for workforce development. We had: 2 sessions, spring and fall 96 attendees More than 45 different companies in the metals, ceramics, minerals, air pollution, consumer goods, forging and heat treat sectors participated. 22 states represented 10 dedicated trainers 💡 Did you know? Our first 🔥 Combustion Seminar was held over 50 years ago. Since then, over 100 Seminars have been staged with over 5,000 attendees.
