Given all the budget cuts happening in Washington, D.C., does FirstNet have anything to worry about? The FirstNet Authority didn't comment on that question, but in an interview with AT&T FirstNet President Scott Agnew marking FirstNet's eighth anniversary, he said the numbers speak for themselves. “Public safety is choosing this network more than any other network that’s out there. I think that kind of stands on its own and as you can see, it continues to grow significantly year over year,” he said. It's definitely growing. AT&T says its network now serves more than 7 million public safety connections, up from 6.7 million connections at the end of 2024. https://lnkd.in/gENn7tCS
