🌟 Big News! 🌟 As a recipient of the 2023 Project PROTECT grant, FSS has completed the Preparation and Protective phases for a preservative-free Dextrose 70% injection solution. Amidst ongoing drug shortages due to Hurricane Helene and flooding at Baxter’s North Cove site, this milestone supports vulnerable patients, including NICU and PICU babies, have access to essential medications like Dextrose. We're proud to partner with Angels for Change as a protector of Dextrose, supporting patients like those served by the Children’s Hospital Association. "Our partnerships with trusted organizations like CHA and Fagron, are preventing disruptions in care for our nation's most vulnerable patients. I would like to thank them for their commitment to patient care. On average, it takes 12 months to move a PROTECT medicine from selection to production.
