I’m new to the #PEO space, but interestingly, I spent most of my career working on the other side, selling against PEOs. As a carrier rep, we couldn’t quote PEOs, so I have a solid understanding of both perspectives. With healthcare costs continuing to rise and becoming unsustainable for many employers, a PEO is a great solution for companies of any size. I’m a true believer in the importance of offering the best of benefits as needed when the rubber hits the road. I enjoy working with the broker/consultant community. I’m fortunate to have an incredible leader in Jeff Farber, who brings over 30 years of experience in the PEO industry to support me, my broker partners, and clients. ⛵ What’s the next place on your travel bucket list? Sailing with my sister and 77-year-old mother around Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for a week! 🏀 What are you happiest doing when you’re not at work? Watching my son play basketball. I am his biggest fan and supporter! 💬 What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? One should always speak with the awareness that their words may be repeated. 🏃♀️ Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? I was part of the “Leukemia Team in Training” and ran a full marathon in Honolulu, HI, 24.6 miles. I raised over $8k for the family I sponsored in the program. It was an incredible experience, and I spent eight months training for both the marathon and fundraising for such a meaningful cause. During the same trip, I took on another adventure: skydiving! I did a tandem jump, including a backflip out of the plane at 15,000 feet. I was fearless until I became a mom! #LifeatExtensis #employeerecognition #companyculture #teamwork
