  • Meet Khoa Ngo — a globe-trotting adventurer and talented software engineer in our technology practice! When he’s not solving complex challenges for our clients, you’ll find him behind a camera lens capturing the beauty of the world. ✈️📸 His latest journey? A stunning mix of neon-lit streets in Tokyo and the serene, snow-capped landscapes of Nagano. Urban buzz meets rural calm — and we’re living vicariously through every snapshot. We love seeing the world through our team’s eyes — and Khoa’s view is one we never get tired of. #Experient #TeamSpotlight #ExperientAdventures

  • BREAKING: Experient employees ran 3.1 miles — on purpose. This weekend, an athletic crew of Experient runners (and brisk walkers) took to the pavement for the Refuge Run 5K, benefiting City of Refuge. There were medals, carbs, and the haunting realization that “fun run” is a relative term. But fun was had—sincere, out-in-the-fresh-air, laugh-at-ourselves kind of fun. Thanks to everyone who participated, supported, or stood on the sidelines with coffee. You are the real MVPs. #TeamExperient #5Kish #WeRunOnStrategy

  • At our recent company meeting, AI wasn’t just a topic of discussion; it was a focal point for how we think about the future of business. The challenge for organizations is not 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 to adopt AI, but 𝘩𝘰𝘸 to do so effectively. At Experient, we’re focused on embedding AI where it makes the most impact for our clients—enhancing decision-making, streamlining operations, and elevating customer experiences. The winners in this space will be those who move from AI curiosity to AI fluency.

  • The next wave of AI is not about better predictions or faster automation—it’s about autonomy. Agentic AI represents a shift from systems that assist to systems that act. These AI agents don’t just generate content or classify data; they set objectives, orchestrate workflows, make decisions, and dynamically adjust to new information—operating with a level of independence previously reserved for humans. This evolution has profound implications. Agentic AI moves beyond task execution to goal-oriented problem-solving. Unlike traditional AI models that require human prompting at every step, these systems can:    ● Sense and respond – dynamically adjusting strategies in real time based on new inputs.    ● Plan and optimize workflows – running multi-step processes autonomously, from research synthesis to decision implementation.    ● Interact with complex environments – negotiating, adapting, and even self-correcting as conditions evolve.    For businesses, this unlocks new possibilities. In customer support, AI agents can manage long-term, multi-touch engagements, ensuring consistency and personalization at scale. In operations, they can drive self-optimizing systems, continuously refining processes without manual intervention. Even in creative domains, AI is shifting from mere content generation to context-aware ideation, understanding not just what to create, but why. However, autonomy comes with new challenges: governance, accountability, and ethical decision-making at scale. As AI agents begin to act on their own, who is responsible for their choices? How do we design them to align with human values in complex, high-stakes environments? Agentic AI is not just a technological leap—it’s a structural transformation in how businesses operate, how decisions are made, and ultimately, how intelligence itself is defined. The question is no longer if AI can take action, but how much autonomy users are willing to give it and the process by which users build that willingness.
