🌱 Throwback to our second collaboration with The Green Volunteers 🌱 Last Saturday, we organised another successful gardening event with our sustainability club, in collaboration with the Green Volunteers! 💚 This experience taught us a lot and gave us the chance to work on new gardening skills: - We scattered leaves which enables the enrichment of the soil, and boost the growth of young trees.🍄🟫 - We weeded out different areas, and removed overgrowing plants, to help the plants grow.🌱 Thank you to Ania Yousfi, Claire OLIVIER and Claire CONSTANT for the organization. Thank you to the volunteers for your hard work and your motivation throughout this event! 😁 A huge thank you to Grant Pereira, the founder of the association, for giving us again the opportunity to help in this fantastic project!🌟 Looking forward to seeing you for our future events!🌱 https://lnkd.in/gh8EQk9G https://lnkd.in/gPbvfG4D Sasha WANG, Jacquelyn Bultman, Luisa Lewandowski Lemos, Emilie DOURTHE--PINTO, Yohann Le Bray, Louis RAUL, Ray Buckner, Paul Corazza #Sustainability #ButterflyGarden #Collaboration #TheGreenVolunteers #ESSECSustainability #ESSECAPAC

🌱 Throwback to our collaboration with The Green Volunteers🌱 A week ago, we organised a Gardening Event with The Green Volunteers, a Singaporean NGO. It was a great experience, where we met other motivated volunteers and connected with nature by taking part in the composting activities: we collected and scattered leaves to enrich the soil from young trees.🍄🟫 Our volunteers Ania Yousfi, Claire OLIVIER, Claire CONSTANT and Pablo Cohen learnt about composting, tree planting, and lots of useful hacks to grow your own plants! A great thank you to all of you who joined us for this experience and more importantly, to Grant Pereira, the founder of the association, for welcoming us and for his valuable insights!💡🌟 Looking forward to seeing you for our future events!🌱 https://lnkd.in/gh8EQk9G https://lnkd.in/gPbvfG4D #Sustainability #ButterflyGarden #Collaboration #TheGreenVolunteers #ESSECSustainability #ESSECAPAC

Greensight Ep. 2: This one’s special. Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of recording our second Greensight podcast episode for ESSEC Sustainability @ APAC with the incredible Anne Langourieux, and wow- what a conversation it was. As the Leader of The Matcha Initiative, a platform dedicated to making sustainability more accessible for professionals and businesses; Anne’s passion for sustainability is contagious. She shared so much about her incredible journey with the company- from its humble beginnings, sparked by a desire to make sustainability more accessible, to all the empowering projects that are redefining how we approach sustainable practices. We then dove into their upcoming Circular Economy Best Practices release, uncovering insights that are set to reshape our understanding of a circular economy. And that’s not all. Anne also gave us a sneak peek into AlterCOP- an event designed to unite changemakers and amplify sustainability voices, and shared exciting details about The Matcha Initiative Youth Program, a fantastic opportunity for students eager to make a real impact. Our chat was filled with those genuine, “aha” moments- where she shared not only her experiences and insights but also that collaborative spirit that makes you believe in a brighter future. She brings a refreshing blend of hope to everything she does. A huge thank you to Anne for taking the time to share her journey and insights with us- your voice is truly inspiring, and to President Liv Grete Braun and Vice President Éloïse Lê (黎晨希) who made this amazing collaboration possible. Also thanking Mrunmayi Kumbhare ensuring we had good footage of the event. I can’t wait for all of you to hear this inspiring episode.
