Still in awe of these two incredible DP6 displays from Kim Cassidy at Little Creek and Sharon Bley at Oceana! Kim built an outstanding 12-ft display featuring Hormel brands, while Sharon took it to the next level with a massive 16-ft display showcasing both Hormel and KDP brands. Their creativity and execution have been so impressive that the stores have let us keep them up through DP7! Huge thanks to Kim, Sharon, and our amazing retail partners for their support and commitment. Displays like these make a real impact! Great leadership is NOT about having followers - It's all about creating leaders. Most companies suffer because of this weak point. ❗ They don't have enough leaders in their organization. They lack the right persons to take ownership, inspire, influence, and care. Be it managers or contributors, senior or line staff. Because when you make people follow you, you’re building dependency. But when you empower people to take the lead, you unlock something far greater: • Initiative: People act without waiting for instructions. • Creativity: New ideas emerge from every corner of the organization. • Speed: Decisions are made faster because authority isn’t bottlenecked. Here's what happens when everyone leads 1️⃣ Leaders inspire ownership. → When people feel like leaders, they take accountability for their work. → They don’t just complete tasks—they solve problems and drive results. 2️⃣ Leaders elevate performance. → A leadership mindset pushes people to grow. → They don’t just do their job—they innovate, optimize, and push boundaries. 3️⃣ Leaders strengthen culture. → A culture of leadership fosters trust, collaboration, and resilience. → People support each other, challenge ideas, and build better solutions together. 4️⃣ Leaders future-proof your organization. → As industries evolve, having leadership at every level ensures agility. → Your organization adapts and thrives in changing environments. Here’s the control paradox: When you let go, you gain more. • You gain trust because people see you believe in their potential. • You gain better ideas because leadership fosters diverse perspectives. • You gain speed because empowered people don’t need permission to act. Stop trying to create followers. Start building leaders. What do you think? Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the support we received for the Eurpac/ESCO Patron Appreciation Event held at the Ft. Bliss Commissary on March 15. From the teamwork and support we received from the store management and crew, to the hard work our ESCO Retail Services team put into building displays in preparation for the event, to our marketing team and clients who brought the "Hot Deals" and support for our military patrons...I cannot say Thank You enough to everyone who made this possible. Here are some (but not all) of the displays our team built to get "Store Ready" for the Ft. Bliss military community in the week leading up to the event. It sure takes a large group to make these events successful, and that's exactly what we brought as a way to say Thank You!!!! to our military service men/woman and their families in the El Paso/Ft. Bliss community.
