As Women in Construction Week comes to a close on International Women’s Day, we reflect on the incredible moments that brought our industry together to celebrate, inspire, and pave the way for the next generation of builders. 💡 Empowering the Future at Glencliff High School We had the privilege of joining NAWIC Nashville and industry leaders to introduce young women to the limitless opportunities in skilled trades. Rae Ripple’s journey is nothing short of inspiring—from a runaway youth to a struggling single mother who discovered her passion for welding and rose to become an industry trailblazer. Her story is a testament to resilience, creativity, and the power of breaking barriers. Seeing students engage with leaders in construction, welding, and fabrication reinforced what we already know: representation matters. These young women left inspired, knowing careers in construction are full of possibility. 🏆 Honoring Women in the Trades At the NAWIC Nashville Tradeswoman Award Breakfast, we gathered with professionals across the industry to recognize the women making an impact in construction. 🏗️ A Collective Commitment to Progress Throughout Women in Construction Week, we’ve been reminded that when we share knowledge, invest in people, and create opportunities, we build a stronger industry. We are proud to support the women who contribute to our success and to the future of construction. #WomenInConstruction #InternationalWomensDay #TogetherWeRise #InnovateWithPurpose #ConstructionLeadership

Happy Women in Construction Week! 👷♀️ Yesterday, DYNA Munoz, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Prefabrication Drawing Manager, took the stage at a Women in Construction (WIC) Week Panel, hosted by Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee & NAWIC Nashville. She shared powerful insights on how sponsorship and mentorship are game changers in shaping the next generation of industry leaders. At our core, we believe that strong leadership, innovation, and an inclusive culture build a better future—not just for women in construction, but for the entire industry. When we support each other, we all rise. Let’s celebrate the incredible women making an impact in construction! Tag a trailblazer in the field or drop a 💪 to show your support! #WomenInConstruction #WICWeek #InnovateWithPurpose #TogetherWeRise
