Four months ago, fresh off the launch of the Galaxy Foldables 6, we received a brief of an exciting new project “Paradigm.” We instantly knew what it meant: another deep dive into the world of high-stakes event planning, where every detail had to be meticulously crafted from scratch.
Event organizing is a fast-paced, high-energy process that demands precision, creativity, and seamless execution. We collaborate with various agencies that include Cheil Worldwide and ENGAGE, but before engaging externally, we take the time to dissect the brief internally, understanding its core objectives, defining our desired audience impact, and refining the message we want to convey. Once aligned, we delegate tasks to different teams, ensuring that each plays its part in bringing the vision to life.
Events management is a different ball game, one that requires relentless creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail. Mediocrity is never an option.
With the launch of the Galaxy S25 series, we had a new milestone to celebrate. Having already introduced Galaxy AI to the market, our goal with this event was to reinforce a singular message: the future is Galaxy AI.
After weeks of brainstorming, we settled on a Red Carpet-inspired concept, but with a refined edge—darker, sleeker tones to complement the device’s signature color palette. Galaxy S25 Series communication materials, predominantly featuring Black and Navy Blue, set the stage for the event’s overall aesthetic.
The Unpacked event was a masterpiece. As night fell, the venue transformed into an electrifying space where every detail—from the décor and lighting to the immersive experience—reflected the future of innovation.
