As their practice manager Jodi shared: "They were solution-focused, positive, excited, and incredibly productive! We are so proud of every team member, but especially our CSRs because the bulk of the transition fell on their duties! They worked together incredibly well with kindness, professionalism, and success! While every day was not easy - they DID IT! On March 21st, they officially scanned their very last paper chart, and it’s no exaggeration to say that the success of this transition was thanks in large part to their hard work and teamwork. 🌟 On day two of Veterinary CSR Week, we’re shining the spotlight on Wendy at Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital! 🌟 When a local ER hospital called Fitchburg VH to let them know that one of their clients had been hospitalized and their pets needed care, Wendy didn’t hesitate! She personally stepped in to help! One their technicians, April, shared: "She stepped in and brought them to Waggin’ Tails HERSELF! Thank you Wendy for helping not only our patients but also our clients!" Wendy’s kindness and quick action are a powerful reminder of how CSRs truly are the heart of the hospital...supporting not just pets, but the people who love them. 💙

🌟 We’re kicking off Veterinary CSR Week by celebrating the amazing CSR team at Ark Veterinary Hospital! 🌟 Rachel, Shayla, and Kaytee do more than just keep the clinic running smoothly. Their compassion knows no bounds 💙 As their manager Tiffany shared: "Not only do they show up for work and consistently do a great job, but they are heavily involved with our local humane society." 💛 Rachel fosters the tiniest kittens needing tube feeding. 💛 Shayla bottle-feeds entire litters of babies. 💛 Kaytee fosters and trains dogs to give them the best shot at a forever home. They also go the extra mile for elderly clients...transporting pets, delivering meds, and even applying preventatives at home!
