📸 ELM Utility Services Photo of the Month Winner: Stephan Bentley – Twin Falls, ID When Stephan arrived on-site for a locate request, he discovered the excavator had already begun boring before the ticket was due. Despite Stephan’s clear request to stop, the excavation continued. Undeterred, Stephan quickly went to work—and sure enough, he located and marked a 2-inch gas main and electric primary directly in the path of the boring. His swift action and commitment to safety helped prevent what could have been a serious incident. Stephan’s professionalism and vigilance are exactly what make our team the best in the field.
