We are looking for the right person who has at least 10 years of successful experience designing, estimating, selling and managing commercial/industrial HVAC projects. Requirements: · Must have 10+ years of successful experience in commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC market. · Must have strong working knowledge of systems, equipment and components. · Must be able to run heating/cooling load calculations, design and estimate piping/ductwork systems, select equipment, generate complete proposals and manage projects. · Must have a winning attitude, strong technical knowledge and devotion to customer service. · Must be able to present value added propositions to key decision makers at target accounts. · Must be professional, articulate and enthusiastic. · LEED certification is a plus or at least experience with energy reducing strategies and design. · Must have a valid driver’s license. Now Hiring: JOURNEYMAN SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN 1. 597 Journeyman’s card with minimum 10 years of experience as a journeyman 2. EPA Card 3. Working knowledge of larger and more complex HVAC equipment including: a. Packaged RTU’s b. VAV systems c. Reciprocating, scroll and screw chillers. Centrifugal experience is a plus d. Steam and hydronic boilers. Larger or condensing boilers are a plus e. Makeup air and air turnover units. f. VRF g. Air handling units, pumps, towers, controls and BAS (familiarity). 4. Clean driving record and must pass background check for certain customers. 5. Commitment to working safely and efficiently. 6. Strong work ethic and making customer service a top priority. 7. Must attend training classes for continuing education. 8. 597 wages for Journeyman (minimum) plus wages over scale, holidays and vacation days commensurate with the candidate’s skill level and experience. 9. We do compressors of all sizes! This dealership in Northern Illinois was in a tough spot.
