This $265 million, 37.1-acre development will feature: 🏗 8-story hospital with 84 patient beds 🏢 6-story medical office building 🔧 Central utility plant + parking garage 🌱 10.3 acres reserved for future expansion Upon completion, this 340,000-square-foot hospital will provide comprehensive cardiovascular, emergency, trauma, and women's health services.
