The Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council is a non-profit 501-c-3 educational organization that was founded in 1988 by leading employers and unions to: -Maintain a labor-management environment which is conducive to industrial retention and attraction -Provide a forum to improve and expand union/employer cooperation in the private and public sectors in the Dubuque area -Create a more positive image of labor-management relations in the community.
