ROAD MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS DuBois Chemicals offers a full line of specialty products for asphalt & concrete paving applications that maintain consistent equipment performance and appearance while increasing the working life of quality form surfaces. Below are some examples from our road maintenance product line: DU-SLIP II is an effective, non-petroleum asphalt release product. DU-SLIP II features heat-resistant additives to resist thermal decomposition and provide a safe and effective lubricity shield. DU-SLIP II is a completely biodegradable blend of surface-active agents and lubrication promoters and will not strip asphalt. DU-SLIP II passed the AASHTO T-383 asphalt strip test. FORM-OIL 401 is a light viscosity concrete form release oil. Due to its light viscosity, it can be easily applied by spraying or swabbing onto forms. The product’s specialty blended chemistry allows for better film strength and less buildup on forms than straight solvent-type form release products. Form Oil 401 provides excellent release characteristics and results in minimal residue on molds, and is also non[1]staining to concrete. A light coating of Form Oil 401 will cover approximately 500 square feet per gallon, resulting in a low use cost. JACKMAMMER LO-3X is a completely biodegradable organic acid-based concrete truck wash product. It is truly a cutting-edge product that can be safely and effectively used to remove cement, concrete, and road film from all types of hard surfaces, including bare metal, chrome, glass, all painted surfaces, and plastics. Economical in use dilution up to 15:1.
