With over 10 years of experience in the engineering and construction, Gabriel brings a rock-solid foundation to the team. His additional credentials as an Energy Advisor and EDGE Expert round out his deep knowledge of how buildings consume—and can conserve—energy. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Gabriel shares DMA's pursuit of smarter energy use and greener buildings. Rebates Are Changing Fast in Denver. Here’s What You Need to Know from Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR) In late 2024 and early 2025, CASR saw a huge spike in demand for energy-related building rebates, so much so, that several programs have already been fully subscribed just months into the year. The result? Reduced rebate amounts, closed application windows, and an increasingly competitive environment for building owners, developers, and project teams trying to take advantage of financial incentives. DMA Engineering tracks this closely. We just got back from a productive few days in the Roaring Fork and Vail Valleys. Partner meetings with a front-row seat to some of the most ambitious projects happening in Colorado and Mountain West. Most of the work we perform in Luxury Residential are under NDAs and unfortunatelywe can't "Show" our current amd potentialprojrcts, however, when some of our partner's luxury residential projects sit between $60M–$100M, you realize what’s possible—and how critical precision, performance, and meaningful partnerships with hyper-communication really are.
