With over 50,000 deliveries completed for the pharmacy and laboratory, Moxi The Robot works alongside the wonderful Montage Health team in these busy hospital halls every day. Our Client Success team plays a critical role in making that vision real—every day, in hospitals across the country. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead relationships with hospital leaders and frontline staff, ensuring our Moxi robot is adopted, integrated, and making a measurable difference from day one. You’ll be hands-on in the field—working directly with hospital partners, solving real challenges, and helping Moxi drive efficiency, joy, and better care.
