Overnight success! Our team expertly installed large-format glass panels (1,200-2,000 lbs each), precisely navigating a tight clearance. Real-time site assessment, adaptive lift planning, and seamless collaboration with the crane operator were crucial to ensure every move remained within safe margins. Proud of the team for their meticulous work on this challenging install! #projectupdate #retailconstruction #projectmanagement #superintendent #cranelift #craneoperation #safetyfirst

Dickinson Cameron delivered Café Dior at Highland Park Village, which opens to the public on February 22nd. This project combined luxury retail and high-end dining, requiring structural reinforcements, a new central staircase, an elevator, a full café & kitchen build-out, and a façade transformation within a historical building. The cafe blends luxury and culinary artistry, featuring the creations of Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn. Inspired by the elegance of Christian Dior’s legacy, the restaurant embodies haute couture in every detail—down to the menu itself. Shoutout to Sr. Project Manager, Eddy Barth, for stepping in to keep things moving and Superintendent Raimundo for his long hours on site. #CaféDior #Dallas #LuxuryRetail #BoutiqueConstruction #BuiltByDCC #ProjectExecution #highlandparkvillage

"At Dickinson Cameron, our commitment to community is the foundation of who we are. Beyond building stunning stores, we strive to create meaningful moments and opportunities for the underprivileged—because service isn’t just what we do; it’s part of our culture." – Maryam Samady, Dickinson Cameron The Monarch School is a beacon of hope in San Diego, serving children and families experiencing homelessness. Each year, Monarch supports over 300 students with access to life-changing resources: from quality education and mental health services to basic necessities like meals, clothing, and hygiene supplies. Their mission goes beyond academics, focusing on creating a safe space where children can grow, dream, and thrive despite the challenges they face. This holiday season, we were honored to host a Holiday Dinner for Monarch families. Sharing a warm meal and celebrating the season together was a reminder of how vital Monarch’s work is in fostering resilience and building brighter futures. We’re proud to support their mission and the incredible impact they have on our community. Fendi has made a stunning debut in the Miami Design District with the grand opening of its reimagined boutique. Dickinson Cameron is proud to have played a pivotal role in this project, delivering demolition, core & shell, and tenant improvement work. Congratulations to the team on this incredible achievement!
The Maison celebrates the reopening of its Miami Design District boutique, where Fendi heritage harmonises with Miami's vibrant energy, starting with the façade’s grand arches—a nod to the Maison's Roman roots—crafted from glass bricks to resemble ocean waves. Upon entering, guests are greeted by Patagonia and Travertine marble floors, a tribute to the Eternal City’s Temple of Venus, the symbolic location of the Fendi Couture Fall/Winter 2019 show, while an art piece by Roberto Sironi evokes Selleria stitching on a ribbed wall crafted from Travertine to resemble a Roman column.
