    It isn't often that I get to plant myself in front of an actual class, but this week I had the honor of spending a couple days with the 80+ wonderful leaders at Deckers Brands' Moreno Valley Distribution Center, covering the first half of our Trailblazers Leadership Certification program. I find myself consistently awed by the candor, vulnerability and openness of our leaders at every level in this organization. What a privilege it is to get to dive into real and impactful leadership topics with a group so hungry to be the best leaders they can for their people.

    Last Sunday I had the privilege to take part in the UK's biggest and most popular 10km - the Cancer research winter 10km sponsored by HOKA - when two worlds collide to support Cancer and get people moving can't be a bad thing!! It was great to run / walk / jog with so many colleagues from Deckers Brands who crushed it and thousands of others who have been touched by Cancer and supporting the great work they do developing treatments and research to help beat Cancer. A great day with great people!

  • This week, we kicked off our bi-annual Art-of-Kindness (AOK) event, where employees come together to give back to their communities and the places where we operate. The impact of kindness extends far beyond this week, and it’s inspiring to see how our teams continue to make a difference.

  • Did you know most workers in our supply chain are women? Through our partnership with RISE (Reimagining Industry to Support Equality) to implement programs in our supplier factories to advance gender equality.   RISE programs address issues like gender-based violence and harassment, financial inclusion and resilience, and workers’ rights. Since its launch in 2023, RISE has reached over 730,000 workers across 583 workplaces in nine countries – 64% of whom are women.   Through these programs, women workers can build stronger, more resilient futures for themselves, their families and their communities.
