User experience matters in the warehouse! Better experience = better productivity. At ProMat, I got the chance to catch up with Ed Kennedy of DecisionPoint Technologies to talk about the new ProGlove MAI and how it is changing the user experience for on the floor workers. As we look to new generations entering the workforce, they are accustomed to great user interfaces through their phones, apps and other devices that they have grown up with. If we want them and others to succeed in the warehouse then we need devices that make sense for them, not an outdated brick on a stick. Ed showcases the new MAI in the full video on The New Warehouse's YouTube channel (link in comments) which impressively requires no additional device to support it. Everything can be done right on the back of your hand which creates a better work experience, better ergonomics and a much more relatable interaction.
