  • DBI Consultants is proud to support the next generation of innovators! This past weekend, our sponsored team, Huskie Robotics, brought home top honors at the Midwest Regional—including the prestigious FIRST Impact Award and a ticket to the World Championships for the fourth year running.   These future STEM leaders proved they’re not just competitors—they’re a force to be reckoned with. We’re honored to invest in the next generation of creatives, builders, and problem-solvers. Congratulations, Huskie Robotics!

  • The DBI Women Innovating & Networking (WIN) Summit 2025 was something special! Over two days, a diverse group of professionals came together for insightful discussions, skill-building, and meaningful connection. It was a space to learn, grow, and support one another – and the sense of community was felt in every session. We heard from an incredible group of speakers and panelists: - Lori Ann Franek (DBI Consultants) opened the summit with an engaging kickoff that set the stage for meaningful discussions. - Lucca Chin (Liberty Mutual Insurance) offered advice on achieving balance and professional breakthroughs. - Lee H. V. (MRIA - Multicultural (Re)Insurance Association and Argo Group) shared how recognizing patterns of success can shape career development. - Kylie Schalz, Joe Patten, and Amara E. Bennett, brought honesty and heart to a panel discussion on leading with authenticity and empathy. - Rupa Patel, Maryann Johnson, Linda King, and Renata Bauer-Saville shared valuable insights on industry trends, challenges, and professional networking in a panel talk. - Noelle Helmstetter (DBI Consultants) gave us tools to lead with confidence and purpose. - blonka winkfield (The Leadership Program) led a lively and empowering workshop on building a strong professional presence. The event highlighted the importance of mentorship and open conversations, from junior professionals seeking guidance to executives shaping the future of the industry. This year’s summit reminded us why spaces like this are so important – and why we’re so excited to keep growing this community. We’re already looking ahead to WIN Summit 2026!

  • Today, our teams from Boston, Philadelphia, and NYC came together for “DBI Foundations: Back to Basics” – a full day dedicated to sharpening the skills that set us apart.   With a robust program designed by The Learning Studio, the sessions covered everything from our core values to field inspections, report writing, estimating, and career growth. It was a chance to step back and reinforce the high standards we hold for ourselves and our work.   A huge thank you to everyone who participated, and to Ryan Evans and The Learning Studio team for creating a completely customized day of workshops that truly reflects our culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. Investing in learning is how we continue to grow – both as individuals and as a team.
