The Assistant Environmental Health and Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the maximum safety performance and awareness of everyone associated with the company through the development, implementation, and administration of the corporate safety, health, and environmental program. This position requires five or more years of relevant Safety and Health experience, certification or pursuing certification as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), development and delivery of OSHA, DOT, and EPA-required training, completion of the OSHA 500/502 course for Construction Outreach Trainer, and more. Join us in celebrating Senior Electrical Engineer Carson Elias, PMP on his 3-year anniversary with CS Energy! With over a decade of experience in power and energy—including six years specializing in solar and energy storage—Carson has been an invaluable asset to our team. At CS Energy, he takes designs from 10% all the way through commissioning and closeout. His expertise spans reviewing equipment specs, providing procurement assistance, steering design, and value engineering, reviewing design plans and submittals, and offering critical construction support. He also serves as the main contact between our EOR, engineering partners, and operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution. Outside of work Carson is an active musician who plays piano and trumpet—and he’s performed in five states! Thank you, Carson, for your dedication and contributions. CS Energy is hiring! We are looking for a CAD Design Engineer to join our team. This position is hybrid (4 days in the office 1 day remote) and will be based in our corporate headquarters in Edison, NJ. The CAD Design Engineer position will be responsible for a broad range of 3D and 2D AUTOCAD design and modeling in a variety of solar and energy storage projects. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level engineer with previous experience designing solar or energy storage systems. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or an Associate's Degree or Technical Certificate in AutoCAD.
