We are thrilled to announce our February WOW Winners, Julie McCoun and Keeley Mickle! These two outstanding staff members exemplify our commitment to exceptional patient care at Coshocton Regional Medical Center. Recently, a patient in need received a helping hand from both ladies. Julie went above and beyond by assisting her to her car in a wheelchair, while Keeley took the initiative to retrieve needed paperwork so that the patient didn't have to make the trip. Their selflessness and dedication truly shine through in moments like these. Julie is an invaluable asset to our lab, consistently bringing a positive attitude and fostering great relationships with her colleagues and patients alike. Her ability to treat patients as family and her willingness to go the extra mile make a significant impact on those she serves. Keeley, who has been with us for two years, continues to enhance the patient experience daily. Her dedication to our department and the care of our patients is truly commendable. Thank you, Julie and Keeley, for your incredible contributions to CRMC and for making a difference in the lives of our patients!

Congratulations to our January WOW winner, Debbie Kempf! The WOW program showcases staff members who go above and beyond at CRMC, and Debbie exemplifies this spirit. Recently, Debbie received a heartfelt message from a 92-year-old patient she's scanned several times. Understanding his emotional transition as he moved to a new facility closer to his family, Debbie took the initiative to visit him at the nursing home before his departure. Her thoughtful gesture truly shows the compassion and care that define her work. Since joining CRMC's Imaging department in 1996, Debbie has continuously sought to expand her skills and contribute to our community. She has transitioned from X-ray to ultrasound and recently earned her echocardiography credential, leading to our IAC accreditation in echo—a testament to her dedication and expertise. Her remarkable efforts have not gone unnoticed; she has been a WOW finalist multiple times and received accolades from both patients and peers. Another patient submission stated: "Debbie's efforts caught an aggressive cancer early, greatly improving my prognosis." Debbie's efficiency, mastery of her craft, and caring demeanor make her an invaluable part of the team. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does and proud to recognize her contributions to our community. Thank you, Debbie, for being our shining star!

We were honored to host Leadership Coshocton County and Coshocton County Youth Leadership last week. It was a wonderful opportunity to share our facility's deep roots in the community and to provide insights into the healthcare field for both current and future leaders. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible!
