Nova, their conversational voice agent, conducts technical screens to assess how well engineers code with the latest AI developer tools like Cursor and ChatGPT. Evaluating this skill is now the best way to identify talented software engineers and Contrario is the only technical screening that specializes in it. With the IT staffing market valued at $40B in the US and $120B globally, the opportunity for transformation is immense.     Does Contrario (YC W25) spell the beginning of the end for human #tech #recruiters? It is another great practical use case for #AI in fairness and could bring candidates to the last mile of the hiring process without human intervention. On the other hand, there is alot that can be learned by meeting people face to face (virtually or in person). The automation is great to take the process to a certain stage, but it will be important to incorporate people into the process at right point. #ai #techRecruitment #automation #recruitment
