Does Contrario (YC W25) spell the beginning of the end for human #tech#recruiters?
It is another great practical use case for #AI in fairness and could bring candidates to the last mile of the hiring process without human intervention.
On the other hand, there is alot that can be learned by meeting people face to face (virtually or in person).
The automation is great to take the process to a certain stage, but it will be important to incorporate people into the process at right point.
