In June 2023 Continental Contractors began work on an extensive 19-month, two-phase renovation at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. The massive scope of the project - which focused on both guest room and public space areas - required strategic planning and constant communication to maximize daily impact without interfering with day-to-day operations. "The biggest feat during this project,” said Project Executive Dan Sciortino, “was doing the amount of work we did throughout these various projects while the hotel remained open and fully operational."
