Cleveland City Council President Blaine Griffin’s commitment to send all of council’s elected leaders, and all their staff, to harassment and sensitivity training starts in earnest today. Council will pay a local firm called ConnectedHR to lead staff through three-hour sessions, a city spokesperson confirmed. The training focuses on workplace harassment and discrimination prevention, conflict resolution and ethical decision making.
