This month, we’re proud to spotlight Sarah Nobles, Senior Compliance Coordinator! Since joining Conifer in 2015, Sarah has held multiple roles, including Senior Community Manager and Senior Administration Coordinator, before stepping into her current position. Sarah’s expertise and problem-solving mindset have had a significant impact, particularly through her development of the Reasonable Accommodation and VAWA submission processes, which have streamlined workflows and improved efficiency. Her dedication to supporting her teammates truly embodies the team-oriented culture at Conifer. As Sarah shares, “I love being able to assist many different Conifer teams daily. I am a ‘helper’ by nature, and I love learning new things. This position gives me the opportunity to assist, guide, teach, and learn—all in one spot!” Janice LaBella, Senior Director of Compliance, adds“I only recently began supervising Sarah, but in our short time working together, I’ve been incredibly impressed by how proactive she is. She constantly strives to improve our processes and communication. Celebrating Community at Cobblestone Place at Webster Last month, the residents of Cobblestone Place at Webster came together to celebrate all the March birthdays, sharing laughter, conversation, and a strong sense of community. Organized by the dedicated community manager and team, this monthly tradition provides residents with a chance to celebrate one another, creating meaningful connections and strengthening the bonds that make Cobblestone Place feel like home. Residents expressed their appreciation for the event, highlighting how the management team consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. From birthday gatherings to other engagement opportunities, these efforts are a testament to the commitment to building a thriving, connected community. Providing quality, affordable housing is at the heart of what we do. We are thrilled to announce that Verona Flats in Verona, NJ, is now fully occupied as of the end of March! With over 1,200 applications in just the first two days, the overwhelming demand for affordable housing in the area is clear. Conifer is proud to offer 95 brand-new, spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments to the Verona community. As Senior Vice President of Development Sean Carpenter shares, “When you watch a resident move into a brand-new apartment—one they can afford, one that will give them new opportunities—it’s emotional.” At Conifer, we understand that we don’t just build apartments—we create opportunities, security, and fresh starts for individuals and families who matter.
