Charlotte joined Confluence Engineering Solutions (ConfluenceES) in the summer of 2024 as an Assistant Water Resources Engineer after earning her Bachelor of Science in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She has experience in water market research, water supply valuations, and analysis of conservation/demand in irrigation practices. With a particular interest in groundwater supply research, Charlotte is eager to continue working on SGMA compliance projects and GSP implementation at ConfluenceES. Nate is a licensed Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist with a Masters' degree in Hydrogeophysics from Colorado State University - Fort Collins. Nate has over 16 years of experience supporting his clients sustainably manage their water resources. He has extensive experience in hydrogeology, hydrology, analysis of groundwater basins, and the development/implementation of Groundwater Sustainability Plans.
