The Coneybeare Story: Three Generations of Successful Entrepreneurs
Coneybeare is a certified, woman-owned staffing firm that has been successful in California since 1986. Coneybeare’s namesake, Ross Coneybeare, was a self-made businessman renowned for his kind nature. Legend has it that little baby chicks would follow him around, attracted to his gentle temperament. Empathy and caring about people still define the core of who we are.
Ross Coneybeare’s daughter, Rachel May, founded Coneybeare in 1986. Like her father, Rachel May was a bold, serial entrepreneur and owned two other staffing firms prior to Coneybeare. Rachel May turned the business over to her daughter, Victoria Betancourt, in 1990.
An interview is never enough information, no matter what type of employee you are hiring. There is no substitute for thoroughness. We make a science of asking good questions, raise reference checking to an art, and customize our process to fit our client's needs. We staff all levels of an organization, with various hiring plans to help our clients hire just the right people at just the right time. We can find and payroll employees both nationally and internationally.
