When: Thursday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Where: Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. 34 Benwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214 The HEAP Cooling Assistance Program, a component of the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), helps low-income households with the purchase and installation of an air conditioner or fans to combat extreme heat.
