A great way to complement CCM’s ongoing impact research efforts is by encouraging employees to visit properties financed by bonds we’ve invested in, allowing them to see the positive societal outcomes firsthand. In our next perspective, Stories of Impact: Onsite Visits, we showcase four impact investment site visits our team took over the past year. Last week, Community Capital Management, LLC team members visited Glenmore Residence in Brooklyn, NY. The property is a #bond investment in our #impact core bond strategy that assisted in financing the complex providing #transitionalhousing. Jenny Kwon, an impact research analyst at CCM, says, “It was wonderful to visit the Glenmore Residence and meet the Providence House team (the non-profit operator of the Residence). The building is modern, with security, elevators, a playroom for children, a game room for teens, and a computer lab. There are also two social service workers who have offices in the building and are available to residents five days a week. We had the opportunity to also view a vacant unit, which had many windows and great lighting, a kitchen and appliances, and other supplies (cleaning, toiletries, etc.) for a new family. The team at Providence House walked us through the various programs and supportive services they provide to the women and families at the Glenmore Residence. Everyone working at the building, from program managers to the maintenance staff, receives training for trauma-informed practices.” A full list of regulatory disclosures for Community Capital Management, LLC are available by visiting: https://lnkd.in/gd27qfad #providencehouse #impinv #affordablehousing

Our CCM team members are passionate about making a difference, volunteering with local nonprofits and community initiatives across the country. Whether it's supporting affordable housing, education, or environmental sustainability, we're proud to contribute to meaningful change. Recently, the CCM NYC team volunteered with West Side Campaign Against Hunger, where they packed 200 food bags for distribution and assisted with day-of pantry tasks. 🌟Thank you to our team for your dedication to impact—both in the workplace and in the community! 💙 #impinv #impactinvesting #Volunteering #CommunityService #GiveBack #SocialImpact #Communityimpact #MakingADifference
