CCIFP Event: The Future of Inclusive Leadership   Join us in celebrating a pivotal moment in our journey towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.   Last 20 March 2025, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines hosted its first DEI committee meeting, “Partners in Progress: Inclusive Leadership for Lasting Change”. The event brought together inspiring voices and thought leaders to champion the cause of inclusive leadership.   One of the standout moments was the powerful talk by our very own Ms. Irish-Apple Neulid of Colas Rail Philippines. Her 10-minute presentation, "Defying Limits: A Journey of Strength, Advocacy, and Breaking Barriers," resonated deeply with attendees as she shared her personal challenges and the importance of advocacy in advancing DEI initiatives. Irish-Apple's insights reminded us that overcoming obstacles is not only about personal growth but also about paving the way for others in our communities.   In addition to her talk, the event featured a compelling panel discussion on "Redefining Success: What's Next in Workplace Inclusivity." This conversation explored current trends and best practices in fostering a more inclusive workplace.
