This morning was powerful. 💪The Colorado Neurodiversity Chamber of Commerce (CNDCC) just wrapped our second meeting with the Colorado Disability & Employment Collective—and our turnout doubled! In partnership with the Colorado Office of Employment First, we brought together 25 state agencies in one room to collaborate, share strengths, and identify opportunities to improve disability employment outcomes across Colorado. A huge thank you to Ellis Blevins for expertly facilitating such an engaging and action-focused conversation. We’re also incredibly grateful to our Workforce Development Committee members—you all are truly making a difference. Special shoutout to Meghan Bonde for your leadership, insight, and heart. The room was full of momentum and shared purpose. People were excited, collaborative, and motivated to build a model that other states can look to. Even more affirming? Many of the opportunities identified are already priorities our leadership is working on. Change is happening—and it’s happening together. Next meeting: June. Let’s keep going. 🙌 #CNDCC #DisabilityEmployment #NeurodiversityAtWork #SystemsChange #ColoradoLeadership #InclusionInAction #CollaborationForChange #COEF
