Check out this steel installation completed by our San Francisco team for our Confidential Client’s flagship location. This phase of the project involved the structural work for a new elevator shaft. Once the project is complete, the building will feature a new passenger elevator and shaft, an interior stairwell, a new storefront curtainwall, custom millwork and upgraded MEP equipment and distribution. Marquee’s Chicago office is a dynamic hub for a firm specializing in mixed-use sports and entertainment developments. With a curved layout that flows from reception to café, the space features open and private work areas, a boardroom and Cubs games on the TVs, allowing staff to stay connected to the action while they work. Industrial materials like exposed columns, cold-rolled steel and plywood veneer reflect Marquee’s creative approach to experiential design. Last week, in celebration of #InternationalDataCenterDay, Clune partnered with our friends at Revolution Workshop an incredible Chicago-based nonprofit that trains individuals for careers in construction, to give their program members a behind-the-scenes look at two active data center projects in Chicagoland.
