NAIOP of Northern Ohio recently awarded CT Consultants Project of the Year in the Landscape Architecture and Placemaking category in recognition of our Broadmoor School project! (picture L-R are Richard Washington, Kevin Malecek, and Nora Hoxha) The judges stated, "The jury was impressed by the thoughtful distribution of materials and activities throughout the project. By foregoing the usual, rote exercise of generic playground design, the designers and their client recognized that an investment of this kind needs to engage its inhabitants in fresh and unexpected ways while balancing the needs of diverse client abilities and costs for a successful outcome."
