Redefining the way individuals and organizations engage with network practice
About us
AT CIRCLE GENERATION, we embark on a transformative journey that redefines the way individuals and organizations engage with network practice. In the realm of systemic learning, we recognize that conventional approaches fall short in addressing the complex challenges faced by coordination teams, networks, and leaders working to create impact in systems. What sets us apart is our commitment to an immersive, collective learning experience that goes beyond theoretical models. We offer Consulting, Advising, and Learning Journeys. We share our learnings and engage the larger field of network practice through speaking, writing, and podcasting. Together these services work in a virtuous cycle to sustain our livelihoods and our impact. We also bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, offering a fellowship that serves as a context for experiential, practical, and reflective learning.

"For some time, I have wrestled with the challenges of building and organising networks as spaces for creative exchange and collaboration. What does it mean to be a network builder? How do I approach this work effectively? What are the best strategies? How do I know if we are succeeding? In October 2024, I jumped at the chance to join Circle Generation’s Network Leadership Series (NLS), a cohort training designed specifically to deepen understanding and practice of network coordination. Over the course of this eight-week program, I gained valuable insights and learnings that I wish I had known earlier."
