A custom scaffolding system now supports the detailed work above: from framing and lighting to insulation and plaster finishes. While some design adjustments have temporarily slowed progress, they’ve also provided an opportunity to refine the details and ensure every element is executed with precision. With exterior elements nearly wrapped—including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and landscaping—and major building systems energized, this project is full of momentum. Power and HVAC have been up and running for several months, and the building's generator has been tested and is ready for service. Scaffolding will be installed once the roof system is approved, allowing interior finishes to begin at the rotunda. Exterior activities remain ongoing as we push toward the finish line.
