Last week, we celebrated our annual US Holiday get-together, bringing together members from Human Resources, Sales, Operations, Order Management, Legal, Finance, Reverse Logistics, and IT under one roof. The gathering sparked numerous strategic discussions, setting the stage for an exciting 2025 ahead for both our employees and clients.   As the day unfolded, the festivities continued at a nearby restaurant with live music, drinks, and a delightful dinner, fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all. 

Recently our LATAM Choice Team got together for an end of the year holiday fiesta. They spent a couple of days with key management stakeholders to discuss ways to streamline our operational process, and visited one of our local strategic warehousing locations where members had the opportunity to scan in/out parts! The following day, the team got together to celebrate a very successful 2024. The evening was filled with singing, dancing, conversations, and much more.

The Choice - Finance Team recently concluded their 3rd annual summit, showcasing a dynamic blend of discussions, brainstorming, and team-building activities. Throughout the event, the team delved into critical topics such as identifying roadblocks, tackling challenges, and devising strategic business approaches. The collaborative working sessions honed in on key areas including Business Process/System Knowledge, Strategy/Priorities, Collaboration, and Reporting/Tools. The team's dedication to enhancing these areas reflects their proactive approach towards improving efficiency and effectiveness in their operations. Overall, the summit proved to be a valuable experience for Our Choice - Finance Team, highlighting their commitment to continuous improvement and their aspiration to be the top CHOICE.
