Here’s a glimpse into 48 epic hours in Redmond, WA.    Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at COS25: Global Chief of Staff Dialogue—to a passionate group of 300 Chief Of Staff leaders from around the world. 🔥   I challenged each attendee to reflect deeply on how they can lead with purpose.   Are you meeting each moment with the right mindset? Are you performing for the world outside of you—or the one within? Are you inspiring those around you to meet each day as their best selves?   The conversations were inspiring. That was some good company to be in.    Huge thanks to Trent Smyth AM, Jeff Buckeye and all the folks at The Chief of Staff Association and Microsoft for hosting such an energizing and meaningful experience at Microsoft’s Redmond campus.
