Chianis + Anderson provided services to transform two levels of open shell space into a highly functional and thoughtfully designed surgical facility in Johnson City, NY. Despite the unique challenges of an “L”-shaped floor plate and a split-level layout, our team successfully delivered a seamless design. The third floor features reception, prep and recovery areas, and administrative spaces.
