About us
Up to 8% of the residents in Camden County are Uninsured. That’s over 80,000 people. We are a safety net by providing primary medical care at Zero Charge to the uninsured around us. Services we provide: - Wellness and Sick Visits - Chronic Disease Management - Free Mobile Mammograms (via Virtua: Free cancer screening. Every three months) Flu Shots (Once a year) Nutrition Counseling and Education Write prescription refills
