The challenges we face with teacher 🍎 shortages are nothing new, but not much is being done to help teachers navigate a job that can be challenging and overwhelming. While it isn't an overnight solution, we can help teachers rebuild and redesign their professions by enabling them with helpful and meaningful tools. Technology tools - especially infrastructure-level technologies (AI, automation, DLAs, etc.) operate below the surface, and they create breathing room so teachers can instruct. Here are some ways technology can provide relief: Generate differentiated lesson plans based on curriculum standards and student profiles. Behavior logs, grading, or compliance data that populate automatically from classroom tools. Summarize classroom discussions Offer automated tutoring or practice during downtime. Streamline assessment design, creating custom quizzes or rubrics aligned to unit goals. By utilizing AI and automation to handle routine tasks, teachers could evolve into more strategic roles: Instructional architects who design high-impact learning environments. Learning facilitators who adapt in real-time to classroom dynamics. Student advocates who track emotional and academic well-being, supported by data insights. CTS Founder & CEO Sachin Gujral's latest piece discusses the steps we can take to free our teachers to allow them to be completely human and present with our children.
What if technology isn’t here to replace teachers— but to finally remove what’s been replacing their time? The teacher shortage goes deeper than staffing. So, I am exploring what no one else is saying in my latest article. Read below 👇 #Education #ThoughtLeadership #EdTech #AI #Artificialintelligence

This week, we celebrate National Library Week! Millions of people visit their local libraries each week to gather, check out a book, study, utilize computers, and much more. This year especially, libraries need our support as they face challenges from censorship efforts to threats to federal funding. These challenges impact us (and future generations) - not just libraries. Here are a few ways you can help out: * Contact your members of Congress and ask them to protect federal library funding. * Sign up to receive advocacy alerts. * Become a Supporter of the American Library Association #NationalLibraryWeek #LibraryTechnology #LibraryManagedIT https://lnkd.in/gaJRhDxh

Technology plays a pivotal role in achieving a nonprofit's mission, however, many nonprofits face unique challenges when it comes to IT planning. There's a lot to consider - managing multiple systems, limited budgets, and staff resistance, to name a few. This article offers guidance to help nonprofits create IT strategies that align with their business goals, streamline operations, and maximize limited resources. https://lnkd.in/dDicYBtF The road 🛣️ to creating a cohesive strategy may include a lot of bumps, but once you get to the other side, you'll be glad (and relieved) you went through the journey. #TechDecisions #Nonprofits #NonprofitIT #NonprofitTech

Manufacturing companies need an IT services partner to help strengthen day-to-day operations, but they also need a partner who can help protect their assets and operations with cyber and physical security. A threat actor's job is to sniff out any weaknesses or vulnerabilities - don't become a target. There's an enormous checklist of assessments, procedures, and implementations that need to be considered to ensure your company is healthy and protected. Here's a glimpse into a few of them: A Cybersecurity Checklist Must Include: ✅ Assess the Strength of your Network Security ✅ Evaluate Incident Response Plans ✅ Review Backup and Disaster Recovery Procedures ✅ Inspect Vendor and Supply Chain Security Physical Security Policies Must Include: ✅ Video Surveillance ✅ Access Control ✅ Employee Training ✅ Equipment and Shipment Monitoring ✅ Gauge Facility Weaknesses ..and the list goes on. Make security a priority. Your mission depends on it. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eYXe23S5 #manufacturing #technology #manufacturingIT #cybersecurity #physicalsecurity

You might think cybercriminals only go after big corporations, but nonprofits are a prime target for cyber-attacks. Why? They handle valuable donor data, operate on limited IT budgets, and often lack formal cybersecurity policies—making them an easy target for hackers. From phishing scams to ransomware attacks, cyber threats can disrupt operations, erode trust, and even jeopardize funding. The good news is that strengthening your cybersecurity doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive. Here are a few things you can do to protect your nonprofit: ✅ Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities ✅ Train staff to spot phishing attempts and other scams ✅ Leverage cost-effective managed IT services to stay protected Make security a priority. Your nonprofit’s mission is too important to be derailed by cyber threats. #Nonprofits #NotForProfit #NGO #NonprofitTech #TechForGood

AI is everywhere and it can offer so much - especially to nonprofits who are always looking to make more impact with less effort. The question is: how do you incorporate and utilize AI without shifting or impacting the purpose of the work itself? 🤔 CTS Founder and CEO, Sachin Gujral has written an interesting piece that offers a valuable viewpoint on the issue. Read below!
AI is changing the game for nonprofits—but is it changing their mission, too? Faster decisions. Smarter systems. More efficiency. AI promises all of this, but at what cost? Before we automate everything, we need to ask: 👉 Is AI helping nonprofits serve people—or just making the numbers look better? I just wrote about this, and it’s a conversation every mission-driven leader needs to have. Read the full article here. 👇 #AI #Nonprofits #MissionDriven #TechForGood
