Our latest survey reveals that Americans broadly believe Members of Congress, large corporations, and elite universities aren't paying their fair share in taxes. Seventy-seven percent say Members of Congress pay too little in taxes, with high percentages indicating that large corporations (71%) and elite universities (69%) don’t pay enough in taxes. Meanwhile, 61% believe "people like them" pay too much in taxes, and 66% say middle-income earners are overtaxed - a rare point of bipartisan agreement. Get the latest (link in comments)

  • The Elon Effect: How CEO Personal Brand Impacts Business in a Polarized America Our latest polling reveals a striking partisan divide in perceptions of Elon Musk, with potential business implications for Tesla: Republicans: 81% favorable Democrats: 2% favorable Overall: 41% favorable, 53% unfavorable This 80-point partisan gap explains why Tesla investors are concerned. Musk's polarization is particularly problematic among key EV-adoption demographics: Urban consumers (27% favorable) Young adults 18-34 (23% favorable) College graduates (33% favorable) As shareholders call for leadership changes, our data suggests Musk's personal brand has shifted from asset to potential liability in Tesla's quest to reach mainstream consumers. How should executives navigate today's polarized environment? Is CEO neutrality becoming a fiduciary responsibility? #LeadershipStrategy #MarketInsights #CEOBranding

📊 New Research on DEI in America: A Nation Divided Change Research's latest national survey reveals that Americans are nearly evenly split on DEI's workplace impact (48% positive, 46% negative). While party affiliation is the strongest predictor of attitudes, the data shows Americans broadly agree on existing barriers to success: -99% agree that wealth provides advantages -93% agree that there are disadvantages to coming from a low-income family -88% agree that there are advantages to being white The survey of 2,732 respondents highlights how Americans recognize similar barriers and advantages but disagree on institutional solutions. • Our latest Substack reveals views on the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, currently being debated in Congress. Based on our national survey of 2,732 registered voters (Feb 23-27, 2025), we found that: Nearly half of Americans worry that certain groups would struggle to participate, including people who can't afford document fees (48%), those who've changed their names (47%), and elderly people (45%). Young voters, who update their registrations three times more frequently than seniors, would face disproportionate administrative hurdles. 13% of Black respondents report having none of the required documents readily available (compared to 6% of white respondents) The partisan divide is striking: 83% of Democrats express concern about those who can't afford necessary documentation, compared to just 13% of Republicans. Read the full analysis on our Substack: https://lnkd.in/ekcEpXM5 As election security remains a paramount concern, these findings underscore the balance between election integrity measures and equitable access to the ballot.
