Last Monday, our very own Brandon Tran had the honor of traveling to Washington DC to attend the National Conference on Citizenship (NCoC). In addition to presenting on ChallengeUS, he was recognized and awarded as one of 10 winners of the Youth Civic Solutions Competition. Thank you to the Institute for Citizens & Scholars for organizing such a successful competition (we know a little bit about what that's like!) and for facilitating such a wonderful conference experience. Since launching nearly a year ago, ChallengeUS has already become an award–winning nonprofit reaching hundreds of students from dozens of countries, and earning ourselves a spot at the United Nations Summit of the Future in the process. This #GivingTuesday, we are humbly asking for your support to continue furthering our impact. By donating to ChallengeUS, no matter how big or small the donation, you will be helping us expand opportunities for the global youth by increasing our capacity to reach more students, awarding larger scholarship prizes to promising future leaders, and innovating new programs that empower youth to engage with major social challenges. In 2025, our goal is to reach over 1000 students worldwide, award $1500 in scholarship prizes, and launch 2-4 new divisions in our signature Future Leaders Competition Every dollar goes towards either reaching more students or innovating new ways we can engage students in civics issues. Even the smallest amount can go a long way in supporting what we do.
